Purpose: To provide a consistent and clean water supply for our children, volunteers, and the community, promoting health and hygiene.
Our center currently faces a severe water shortage. The source of water we currently have is unreliable as it is not there consistently. This forces us to buy water from outside the center or outsource by going long distances to find places with continuous access to water. This is very detrimental to the progress of the center because access to clean water is a basic need we need to have constantly at the center.
Water is Life: Clean, accessible water is a basic human need. Every day without a secure water source endangers our children’s health and disrupts their education. This source of water will also help us cut on costs and we can focus those funds on helping more children in need.
